I purchased tickets to an event scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX. The event was rescheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. I was not in XXXX at that time. I was unable to cancel my order, but I was also unable to resell my tickets, despite that being outlined as an option on the vendor 's website. They did not work with me despite my attempts to cancel/ resell the tickets. I have called them and chatted with them through their website. After explaining this to Citi Bank, they response was as follows : " Since the merchant has not agreed to accept your cancellation request, we are unable to assist you in obtaining credit for this dispute. If you wish to continue this dispute, please contact the merchant directly. ''
