I am a victim of the XXXX XXXX breach I filed a claim it was approved but nothing has been done no monitoring no reimbursement for money I spent to try and fix the damage caused to me. They're inquiries on my credit that were not initiated by me and when I informed XXXX of the issue they refused to correct it. it is an ongoing battle with XXXX to keep an accurate XXXX report on me. currently, there are several XXXX accounts on my credit report though I have only had one account ending in XXXX. I've filed several disputes and they remain on my credit profile, no other XXXX credit card was ever mailed to me or was ever in my position. Between XXXX and Synchrony Bank, my consumer right continues to be violated. see attached
