The mortgage company guaranteed rate is making it difficult to pay my mortgage. I want to pay a large sum of money on my mortgage and recast the mortgage. Tthe compay is not offering payment options that enable me to do this. When I called the company told me that I could not recast the mortgage until it was " sold '', which will take 90 days forcing me to make 3 months at the higher payment. This is NOT what they told me when I purchased the mortgage. They will also not provide a way to pay {$200000.00} dollars that feels secure. They sent wire instruction in a random email with no logo on the message and no way to verify the sender. The primary job of a mortgage company is to take payments. A mortgage company needs to provide customers and easy way to make payments and pay off their loans. Interest rates are high and adding barriers to payment costs me money.
