My loan servicer debited two monthly payments from me instead of one. When I called to resolve this and refund the extra payment, they told me it would take at least 60 days to refund me. Thats insane, I have bills to pay and now my account is overdrawn and I have nothing to replace the funds with. These loan services cant be doing this to people when it takes that long to get the money back. Also can we please investigate why it takes them 60 DAYS to provide refunds?? Like you have the money just give it back. This is insane in this economy and I'm really XXXX.
