Consumer Narrative

I can no longer face the high expense of trying to cover my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been vandalized twice in my apt . complex and I have for the second time reported to my car insurance companies and they are continuing to cancel my auto policy due to the high theft of the car. I have decided to stop facing the unnecessary pressure and have decided to do a voluntary repo with the car I purchase because I can not get insurance companies to cover and if they cover the rates are too expensive for me to keep covering. This constant cost of getting car ins. issue has already caused me to be 2 payments in the rear of the car. I can no longer bare the expense of trying to keep a car I can not get insured to drive. I am asking your agency to intervein and contact XXXX XXXX to assist me in asking the company not to list as a repo on my credit reports. I had no choice but to allow the XXXX XXXXto come recover their car. I can no longer take the financial risk anymore of the car getting broken into and or stolen. The first time on XX/XX/XXXX contact XXXX XXXX co, refuse to cover to fix trunk lock because of theft situation on XXXX I can only get state mim of liability to drive, not good. no coverage for theft. the rear trunk was broken into the lock of my trunk was broken, thieves apparently tried to go thru back seat to get into the car to steal the car, seats were locked and my neighbor was pulling into a parking space in front of our XXXX XXXX XXXX, that apparently happen to spooked the first thief. Back on XXXX XXXX, XXXX another person tried to steal my car and another neighbors car a sonata in my same XXXX XXXX XXXX I live in car that live where I live. My driver side windshield got crack and the driver side door was scratch up really bad from the thief trying to get into the driver side to steal my car. I have had it. so, I decided to give car back car to bridgecrest ( Drivetime ) not worth it. How do my credit not be penalized for this. spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that car will be sold on XX/XX/XXXX they will contact me for the balance of the car due, its not fair for this car to be listed on my reports as a repo due to what I am having to deal. What can I do as a consumer under the fair credit act? I have no issue paying off balance after XXXX sales the car. but its totally unfair that I can not get another car. I should not have to suffer as a consumer for this car theft world wide problem. I just can not saffrod to have the car stole and keep vandalized for a XXXX time. Its not my fault as a consumer that these cars are being stolen.I am asking your agency to help get this issue solved and while its being solved I should not have repo listed on any of my credit reports due to this car theft problem. Im willing to finish monthly payments until I pay off the XXXX after car is sold.but its not fair to trash my credit reports over this. I sould indeed under fair creidt act be allowed to buy another car without being penelaized.
