I recieved a letter in the XXXX mail saying that I owed {$1400.00} to Phoenix Financial Services ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX ). Debt Collector on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It says date of service was rendered on XX/XX/19. phone : XXXX I have never heard of this physician and live in XXXX, TN. I did not go to doctor in XXXX and also I have done some internet investigation on this company and it seems that this is repeatedly happening to many people. Many complaints of fraudulent charges just like mine.
