I was charged {$950.00} by XXXX for a transaction that I did not make on XX/XX/XXXX. Someone stole all my credit card information including my CVV. They also had my cell phone number and home address. I called Citi a few and they ruled in favor of the merchant saying they have compelling evidence that I made the transaction. I told Citi that my information was stolen and that the tickets were sent to an email that isn't mine. The tickets were sent to email address XXXX which is NOT my email address. The IP address was XXXX XXXX, Illinois. I live in XXXX, Illinois. I had 2 other fraudulent transactions that day and apparently I wasn't on the hook for those 2. The fraudulent transaction I am disputing had this same email address on one of the other fraudulent purchases. Not sure what more I can do. This is why i am contacting you. I did contact the XXXX, Illinois police department and my report number is XXXX. I contacted the FTC yesterday.
