Set an auto-payment for XX/XX/2023 for XXXX. Received a confirmation from the servicer that the payment was set up through email. The payment does not go through and the servicer lets me know that my loan is still due so I submit a manual payment XX/XX/2023. I get another confirmation through email that my payment has been received by the servicer for the same amount. However, XXXX days afterward I get another email talking about how my payment has not gone through and that it's overdue. I check my account history and see that the XXXX was subtracted and then immediately rejected and refunded back to my bank account the same day. However when I check my bank statements there is no money that was subtracted and then refunded back. I made another manual payment today on XX/XX/2023 for the same XXXX and got another confirmation email. We'll see if it goes through. I emailed them at the help center online and called them at XXXX to speak with a rep and got left on hold for a half hour with no one picking up.
