I have been working with Quicken Loans regarding a modification of my first mortgage for the last 3 months. I provided them with ALL of the information they requested in their 'Application for Success ' modification program. After receipt of my information they asked for additional information which was part of the original information I submitted. Nevertheless, I supplied the same information again. Two weeks later, they requested the same information again ( I have copies of their requests ) of which I submitted again. Becoming very concerned, I was finally able to speak to a supervisor responsible for handling 'complaint escalation '. Only after this discussion was I informed that my application package was complete and that " Underwriting had everything they require ''. That was 6 weeks ago and every other day when I call, I'm told that it's with underwriting. When I request to speak to an underwriter, they're unavailable. I need help!
