XX/XX/2023 Borrower Defense Application # : XXXX Borrower Defense Application School : XXXX XXXX Approval of Your Borrower Defense Case Under Exhibit C of the Sweet v. Cardona Settlement I received approval for my Borrower Defense Application 8 months ago. I have spoken with Aidvantage at least XXXX times since then to determine when they would be following through on clearing my debt and refunding any remaining money. Two months ago I was told it would be XXXX calendar days. I am now being charged interest for a loan that should be on hold based on Sweet vs. Cordona. I cant even get through by phone, chat or email now.
