On XX/XX/16 I logged on to my bank account to find that they debited a total of {$330.00} which I have paid out between the XXXX and XXXX of every month. I reached out to ask why they did this since it caused my account to be overdrawn and this is the response I receive is below. I then revoked the automatic ach debit in writing in an email and no response received from them to acknowledge. I took the loan amount of {$700.00}. I have paid back {$2300.00} to date. More than what was borrowed. They are claiming to be a tribal lending entity but I highly doubt that to be the case. Hi XXXX, I'm XXXX from Explore Credit.
