It required a previous CFPB complaint to get Aidvantages attention to assist me in enrolling my loans into auto pay. Now, although my loans claim they are in auto pay, payments are not being made when my account claims it will do so. I am worried about making a manual payment since I dont know if the auto payment will be made or not. In my last CFPB complaint, I noted that calling Aidvantage would always leave you with a voicemail inbox that couldnt accept messages and it would hang up on you. I have now been on wait for more than an hour today spanning two different calls to Aidvantage. They did not fix the voicemail inbox issue, they just removed the voicemail inbox all together. Now you are just on hold with no indication of ever actually speaking to anyone. I just want to pay my loan and trust that the information provided to me by Aidvantage is accurate. Aidvantage is not permitting me to achieve either of these goals.
