I contacted Rocket Mortgage the next business day after my CARES forbearance ended, ( XXXX ). The woman I spoke with gathered some financial information, and informed me that I owed all of the amount due, in a lump sum. She instructed me to send a hardship letter, and pay stubs and underwriters would get back to me. After we hung up, she called back, and left a message, stating that I DIDNT need to send that information, and they had everything they needed. Its been 10 days, and I have not heard back. Additionally, I emailed them on the XXXX of XXXX, inquiring as to status, and was told that I needed to submit all of the documentation that the woman told me I didnt need to submit. Finally, I received a letter on the XXXX of XXXX demanding XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX to avoid foreclosure. I have no idea what to do at this point. I want to resume payments, and establish a plan for making up missed payments during the forbearance.
