I have a checking account and a savings account with Chase. I learned today that Chase has been deducting a $ XXXX service fee from my savings account since XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, despite my having both types of accounts. ( see XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to Chase 's customer service representatives who acknowledged that the accounts should have been linked and reversed one of the fees, but not the other XXXX. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that they could only reverse one fee of this type per calendar year. I asked them if there was anyone at Chase who would be able to review this and was told that they did not have a supervisor available and that even a supervisor would be unable to reverse the other improper fees.
