I attempted to log in to my account and it said " access blocked ''. I went to a Citibank branch on XX/XX/2023 and was told they can not help me and that I needed to call a specific phone number. When I called the phone number they told me they could not provide any information and that they would be disconnecting the call. I asked them why my account was closed and if they would be returning my funds to me and they hung up the phone.
