The date today is XX/XX/2023. I've been trying to activate a prepaid virtual card worth {$50.00} with the company MyPrepaidCenter ( online via their website ). I tried entering the code and it says " oops! There's an error on our side. Try again later. '' I even tried registering and making an account with them but got the same error message when trying to sign in. The site is completely broken. So I called the company to get help. They asked me what browser I was using and I told them I tried on XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX. They told me I needed to redeem my code by using XXXX XXXX and if I have any issues after that, to call them back. The operator told me he wasn't allowed to stay on the line while I downloaded the browser. I told him that was fine and if I had issues, I'd give them a call. I downloaded XXXXXXXX XXXX, tried again, and still had the same issues. I called back and left my email with a different male operator. According to him there's an issue with my code that makes it broken and this is a known issue. He said I would be emailed a new code and I've yet to receive an email. Checked my spam folder and everything. No code, link, or anything from them.
