On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email that I was approved for their IDR plan. However, I never applied for this. It made my monthly payment jump from {$100.00} to {$350.00}. I called Aidvantage and was on hold for XXXX minutes. When I spoke to the representative, they said I was mistakenly added to the IDR plan and that she fixed it and my payment was now {$100.00}. It was a little worrisome that this happened. Now today, XX/XX/XXXX, my bank notified me that {$350.00} was pulled out of my account. I login to Aidvantage and see nothing was changed, the payment was considered overdue by XXXX day ( even though autopay came out ). Today, I'm planning on calling them, disputing with my bank, and looking onto legal options.
