Received the card from a Class Action lawsuit even though I opted as a XXXX only payment method. Received the email as Virtual Disbursements Prepaid Mastercard, contacted the attorney to verify the payment was legit confirmed it was. Used the money from the card in one purchase since I read the contract of terms said there would be a multitude of charges. I wrote down all phone numbers for the mastercard. I have tried multiple times to call these phone numbers for customer service to cancel the card and close the account so that I would not be charged the inactive card fees. The phone numbers provided on the web site and in the terms of use for customer service are, XXXX, and XXXX, The website is XXXX XXXX XXXX The terms of use said " b. Account ClosureYou may close your Virtual Card at any time by contacting Customer Service. Your request for Virtual Card closure will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to the request. Should your Virtual Card account be closed, we will issue you a credit for any unpaid balances, subject to fees as disclosed in the Long Form. We reserve the right to close your Virtual Card account should you complete or attempt to complete any of the prohibited actions in this Agreement. Today XX/XX/XXXX I have tried both numbers and was unable to reach anyone, I previously tried both numbers XX/XX/XXXX multiple times and XX/XX/XXXX, unsuccessful to reach anyone.
