At time of loan approval ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I was informed Concord would be contacting me with further information about loan financing and when payments would be due. I did not receive any loan information, billing statements, or other form of written communication from Concord over the following year. Not having information on when the loan needed to be paid to avoid interest charges, I made contact with a Concord representative via phone on XX/XX/XXXX. I requested information on my account, inclusive of when payments were due and whether there was any on-line system where additional information might be available. Once this was provided, I was able to establish an account and access my loan information. I then paid the original loan amount of {$29000.00} in full on XX/XX/XXXX payment confirmation # XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received the first written correspondence concerning this loan from a Concord-related company, Concord Servicing LLC , a debt collector. That correspondence was postmarked XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX, FL and indicated an amount due of {$29000.00}. Please reference the attached file XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received the first written correspondence from Concord concerning this loan. That correspondence was titled Billing Statement for account # XXXX and was postmarked XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX, FL. It indicated a Principal Balance of {$29000.00} and a Deferred Interest Balance of {$5200.00}. Please reference the attached file XXXX.
