So, I had fraud on my account and they cancelled my card and sent me a new one. It took a week and a half to GET a NEW credit card. Then on XX/XX/23 there was a fraudulent transaction that I tried to address on their APP and website AND, they cancelled my credit card again! Said they would send a new one. 1. I have not received a new card yet. 2.They have not addressed the false charge that was not me and they won't give me a credit.
