On XX/XX/23 at XXXX, I was connected with XXXX XXXX XXXX Aidvantage ( employee number XXXX ). I am signed up for the XXXX repayment plan and have several loans which are well over 20 years since origination. Per documentation found at studentaid.gov, under the XXXX plan, loans at least XXXX XXXX XXXX are supposed to be eligible for forgiveness. I asked XXXX which loans would be eligible and when I can expect them to be forgiven. XXXX did not know the answer to that question and I sat on the phone while she visited studentaid.gov to try and find the answer. XXXX was not able to either answer my question or connect me with someone at Aidvantage who could provide this info. On XX/XX/23, I filed a request with studentaid.gov to see if they could provide info. Despite them sending me an email stating they would respond within 15 days ( attached to this complaint ), I have not been contacted by them. I am supposed to enter repayment this month, but can not without being provided with the information I am requesting. Furthermore, when waiting to talk to XXXX at Aidvantage, the pre-recorded message says that I will receive my first bill at least 30 days before the first payment is due. XXXX said it would be provided at least 21 days before my first payment is due. Not only was she NOT able to rectify which time period was correct, but it is XX/XX/23, and I still have not received my bill, so I am unsure as to when my first payment is due. I verified with XXXX that I am supposed to receive all correspondence including bills via mail, but have not received anything.
