On XXXX My Chase Freedom credit card was charged by Justfly.com twice for an unauthorized use. I called Chase Fraud department to report the unauthorized use and they put a temporary charge back on my card. 2 months later, Chase sent me a letter saying that they put the charges back to my card since they have deemed the charge as legitimate. My authorized user and I did not access XXXX website due to previous problems with the company so how can they say that the charge was legitimate. Also, upon trying to contact XXXX, their phone numbers are all automated which require a reservation number. Because I didn't use their services, I'm not able to bypass the automated call and speak with a real person about the charge. Around XXXX of 2022, I already had to dispute a charge connected to Justfly.com and I ended up having to complete the payment due to the dispute department saying that I am responsible for the charges. Because I did not want to have to deal with the problem any longer, I just paid for it in full. My mistake was I did not change my credit card number which may be the reason why XXXX was able to make a new charge in XXXX. Now that I have received the letter from Chase that I was charged back for the unauthorized use of my credit card, I contacted Chase fraud department again to escalate the issue asking how I they decided that my charge was legitimate. The associate I spoke with said that the merchant told them that it was my authorized user that made the purchase. I verified with my authorized user and she told me that she had not had any contact with XXXX since our bad experience with them in XXXX.
