This company has reported me to credit report agencies without the written and/or verbal consent of myself. This is a violation of : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collectors are not allowed to communicate with me under the 15 USC 1692C They have sent me written letter which is also a violation of my rights. Resolution is for Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC to remove any reporting to all 3 credit agencies.
