Chexsystems will not accept my request for their credit report. The online system will not ACCEPT the application because of an expired drivers license. I no longer drive and do NOT have a drivers license. There is no other way to provide an alternate ID like a passport. There is no way to contact ChexSystems by phone, it is always automated and a human can not be reached. They are required BY LAW to provide my credit report.
