I received the attached letter which again makes no sense whatsoever. I see this account is still not handled. I have gone round and round with you for years on this account and this is very wrong. I still have the original letter you sent advising you researched this account and found it does not belong to me and now you are changing your mind again? This has gone back and forth so many times. We never authorized the payments from an account ending in XXXX and the account was made and accessed by the person who opened and accessed this account. The hospital and doctor records we sent you confirmed we had no way to open an account in XX/XX/XXXX as we were XXXX and XXXX for the entire period of XXXX XXXX-XXXX XXXX You are harassing and violating many laws and regulations against a XXXX military family. This is very wrong and the effort you put into helping me is awful. I have tried time and time again to get help from your offices.
