I had a bank of America cc, which never had a late payment and had just been paid off on XX/XX/. The following day, the card was closed without notice and without consent. Today, XX/XX/, a statement was generated stating I owe money ( which I do not ) and that the " available spending limit '' ( meaning, as per my statement, the account is active ). I have called several times and Bank of America refuses to correct the " amount owed '' ( I do not own anything ), and they have been dishonest stating they " sent me a notice '' ( all notices are online, that's how I see my statement, and there are no other notices ). Didn't they just get into trouble for this? If the fines they have been ordered to pay do not teach them to handle business legally, why are they still in business at all?
