I had small collections from Phoenix Financial and I paid them 2 years ago in a lump payment. Phoenix Financial reported to my credit report 6 months ago the entire amount. I called for billing details because I have had no new hospital debt. They have not sent this information and have now sold this to another company as a new debt.
