When the loan repayment started it wasn't a way to pay for the loan due to you having to have a account number and I wasn't sent that information. So finally after 2 months the system change supposedly where you did not need an account number and a text was sent to provide a payment link by then according to their system I had already owned in which you was not a way to make the payment therefore the late payment should not be shown and I asked them to remove.
