I opened an account with Netspend All-access around XX/XX/2023. I recieved a direct deposit on my account a few months later for my income tax that came from the IRS. I immediately contacted Netspend shortly thereafter when i attempted to gain access to my account to find out that it was locked for no apparent reason. I spoken with customer service and they advised me to send documents to clear the concern on my account. I sent in the documents requested ( ID, SS Card, and utility bill ) and within 30 minutes later i recieved an email stating that my account with Netspend has been closed. I called back netspend and asked for my balance of the remaining funds on my account to be sent to me. After waiting 5 months later Netspend has failed to release the funds to me and are refusing to do so. My account number with netspend is : XXXX
