In XX/XX/2023 I mailed a certified money order in the amount of {$1000.00} & also had a {$20.00} bill included to Chase Auto Finance. It was received and cashed and entered into their system as {$120.00}!!!! This resulted in showing my account as a late payment and reported to my credit bureaus. This dropped my credit score by XXXX points. All this made another credit card drop my limit by thousands to a small amount over my current balance. This will be also reflecting negatively on my credit once it updates. This company has destroyed my credit and then reported to the bureaus that it was correct after I filed disputes on each one.
