Consumer Narrative

After more than 20 years of being a customer, USAA has unilaterally closed my ( and my family 's ) accounts. Per their letter, they suspect fraud of some sort on the accounts. They have closed the accounts. My issue is with the 60 day time frame for them to initiate returning funds. That is a ridiculous time frame after closing an account with no notice. I demand access to the funds that they are holding.
