I checked my credit score and it had a hard inquiry from Bank of America which it is effectively tampering with my score when I called to let the know what was going on they let me know like I knew I didnt have an account with them I have never contacted with them for any reason with that being said 15 USC 1681 the accuracy and fairness of credit reporting the information on my report is not accurate nor fair please removed the inquiry off my report as soon as possible or my next step will be to take legal action and file suite .
