On Thursday XX/XX/2023 I purchased a tablet and protection plan from XXXX XXXX for {$190.00}. I didnt receive my refund after returning the item. XXXX XXXX customer service told me it was returned and I would see the funds in my bank account at the end of the billing cycle/statement period. Once the cycle ended I still didn't receive my refund or money yet so I contacted XXXX again and they told me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and told them my story. I filed a dispute and they denied it so I got pics and proof and emailed to them and was told best idea is to submit another dispute since I have still not received my money and not XXXX nor the bank knows where my refund was. I was messaged and told I would have to wait u till XXXX to get a decision on my dispute. They have not sent me a email with my dispute confirmation code or anything. And it is messing with me mentally because I feel XXXX and my bank aren't helping me and just not caring.
