I filed a previous complaint because the company refuses to update my information to the correct pay dates and I was getting charged over draft fees. I filed a complaint before and they never got back to me or responded to me but seem to have taken down some info? They just credited my account for the overdraft fees and I received no other correspondence or information. I attempted telling them the correct days to pull out of my account to which they disregarded again. I am now being charged additional overdraft fees and they are charging a full day earlier than what they claim in the app. This is the second time I have been willfully mislead by this company.
