I ask the lady I was talking to why is Chase letting them take money out of my account when there is no money in my account, she responded that I have credit protection for XXXX dollars and less itvwas XXXX and something dollars they let take XXXX so I said " I m want to do a claim " cause I'm not pay no overdraft fees for yall letting them get money out of a empty account! She said call back today and do a claim I got a text this morning ( didn't get no text ) when they was letting them take all this money ) but anyway I see about 5 or 6 overdraft fees on my account bringing it to XXXX and something dollars that's why Chase be letting people take money so they can hit you with these overdraft fees I'm not paying this XXXX I will close my account first!
