Again I reached out to this collection company about the car collection that's paid in full and email was sent to them showing proof it was paid off from XXXX. Been 2 months and still no reply to my emails and only reply was to the former complaint that they lied to. I sent the first email and waited 4 days and sent second email. Now 2 months have passed and no calls no emails and no information from this company. They didn't even have the information when the replied to the last complaint. I still have email record from XXXX that the loan is paid in full and will use it as proof of payoff
