On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX I made a deposit to a US Bank branch. This machine had an error And did not credit my account. I went into the branch and they said that they could not do anything because They do not service theATM machine. they instructed me to call US Bank directly and make it a claim. Ive been calling almost every day for the past nine days and still have not received any provisional credit nor a response from the bank. The amount was {$1500.00}. I need to pay bills and rent and I might lose everything. Every time I call they said they will get back to me within 24 hours and I have not received any thing yet. I was hoping to contact someone else such as CFPB to expedite this process
