Consumer Narrative
My account was closed was my fault. I was told back on XX/XX/XXXX and said it will take 60 days for my money to be sent. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I still have received my money. Just got off the phone with them and it's still in XXXX! USAA is a horrible company and should go out of business for XXXX lawfully holding my hard earned money! I had a checking and savings account with them and they haven't sent any payment at all.
