I sent the money on XX/XX/2023 and arrive to the recipient 's bank account on XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$400.00}. I Sent it using remitely app. However, when I asked the recipient to check his account he said he doesn't see any deposite in his account. The remitely asked for bank statements history and i provided that. I also asked the remitely company to solve this issue and nothing was done. I've asked them to talk with XXXX XXXX which they confirm that the money was deposited to the recipient 's bank account and when he went to ask his bank provider, they said there was no money deposited in his bank. Thus, I need your help, please.
