I reached out to GM Financial because I have been noticing that my account wasnt showing up in my credit reports showing my on time payments s to help increase my score. I asked the representative, why wasnt it being reported and she told me at first the do report every thirty day to credit bureau. Not until when I asked the question, if they ONLY report accounts that are thirty days past due to the credit bureau. The representative can back and corrected the information she gave me prior, stating that they ONLY reported delinquent accounts and the account once it has been paid and closed. I then proceeded to tell her that doesnt help my credit at all but merely hurts it once closed it will drop my score.
