Please see emails attached. I was sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX to sign up for Auto Pay. I signed up for Auto Pay and received a confirmation email on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email that my Auto Pay was cancelled. I called an spoke to three different people that reassured me there was a glitch in the system and everything would be correct. I asked them to send me a confirmation email that my interest rate would be at .25 % and they reassured me it would be correct after XX/XX/XXXX. They showed on their end three confirmation emails that my Auto Pay was set up correctly and confirmed there was something wrong with their system and to ignore the cancellation email. I signed up for Auto Pay again on XX/XX/XXXX. A payment was made for {$12000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, but my account does not reflect that. I was cancelled again, but was never sent an email. I set up Auto Pay again on XX/XX/XXXX and received another confirmation email, but my interest rate does not show .25 %. I was assured over the phone that their system was having issues and everything would be correct after XX/XX/XXXX. It's not, my interest rate is 3.86 % on 4 loans and 4.66 % on 2 more.
