I opened a Chase credit card on our around XX/XX/XXXX. They advertised a good deal on balance transfers and said the transfer would take 5-7 days. I tried contacting them via their website and was told the transaction was " pending. '' I called them on XX/XX/XXXX and was told the transaction would go through " XXXX XXXX XXXX. '' It did not. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and was told the transaction would " go through XXXX. '' It did not. I have since contacted Chase to cancel the account. I resent being lied to.
