I was on unemployment and Bank of America apparently sent my card to the wrong address. I never received the card so I figured it got lost in the mail and it wasnt a big deal that I would have the money when my savings ran out. I continuing to do my weekly certifications as usual but when I called to get my card they had said that it was sent to the wrong adresses, activated, and was drained of most of the funds in my account. I have no idea what adress they sent it to. The address it was sent to was never a address of mine nor did I ever tell the bank I lived there so it makes no sense why Bank of America isnt giving me the money that was stolen from me which I seriously need at this point. Every time I call the bank they tell me to call back later and their system is under maintenance. I have been fighting this for years
