In XX/XX/2019 I was issued at EDD debit card to Bank of America I soon after I was XXXX due to a traffic violation I serve time recently coming home I acknowledged that EDD unemployment was making payments to me which is money I earned through Bank of America into my account with somehow or being used unauthorized and fraudulently and pretty much my money was stolen from me throughout those years of being XXXX amount of XXXX approximately was taken from me which was paid to me I did not authorize the charges furthermore there was three debit cards issued to that account after I was gone which I didn't authorize or ask for and my money was stolen from me I asked that you help reinvestigate to see that my money is credits to my account and giving back to me thank you
