I had opemed an account in XXXX many years back. It was my first account after having my junior savings account stolen as a minor. I mistakingly when i lost my job i looked for another online thats when i was given the offer online to start work. Which came with a check and orders to start work immediatly as the checkn was for my paycheck and for " supplies '' to begin work. I regrrtfuly deposited the check and pulled out the initial XXXX which was under what they were expecting me to pull out. At which point they said to send the money threw XXXX XXXX in order to pay for services of another company to clean the property. It wasnt. Till a week or so later that i wasnt told anything by bank of america i wasnt even told the check had bounced nothing they never tried to rectafy or even charge me for the negative balance they just compketly closed my account and said they were not offering me services anymore. And this was only after i had contacted them when trying to use my atm card to depsoite cash money from a legitamite sidejob that i had completed that day. Since then i have been unable to open an account at all with almost any bank. Also XXXX XXXX the company they shared there information which was invalid and incorrect has also caused me massive issues from being abke to access credit bank accounts or/and even from renting. As tbank of america stated that i never rectafied my account balcance and that it was closed with a negative balance but that was never the case. As i never recieved any information on the check in question or an explaination of what had happened or that i had a balance owed to me or that i owed to bank of america for the bad check.. I have tryed to cleae this up with them. More then one time and they have an account in my name but theree is no way to access such account. Ive been dealing with this and XXXX XXXX for years and its done nothing but ruin my life i despise bank of america for this and the fact they lied about everything. I was never charged for the bad check and what ever it was. i lost in more ways then one and got scammmed out of any job money and they never even spoke with me before closing and black balling me with no explaination or willingness to work with me.. That is the most. Angering thing is as i would of easily payed back the XXXX dollars from the initial check that was authoriezed to pull from the atm. And i could have continued my banking relationship with them and my life coukd of been so much easier if that was the case or they could of closed my account but without the negative balance that they would later charge or claim they charged me and informed on my credit report yhat i was delinquent of which was nothing farther from the truth.
