I got behind on my mortgage due to Covid-19 because I was unable to work due to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that prevented me from working as a XXXX XXXX. I have put in multiple Request for Mortgage Assistance Applications with Bank of American. ( BOA ) even agreed to a mediation hearing with BOA and a Maryland mediation judge on XX/XX/2023. BOA agrees to accept my application for a loan modification. I have submitted multiple applications for a loan modification since XX/XX/2023. BOA keeps denying my application due to being " Unable to Verify my income. '' I work two full-time jobs and I provided paystubs for both jobs, but BOA claims they can not verify my income. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When I contact Bank of America 's Loan Modification Department no one can verbally tell me why my income can not be verified. I sent a written letter to BOA in late XXXX requesting the reason my income can not be verified, and I have not received any response. My home now has a foreclosure sale date of XX/XX/, and BOA is still refusing to process my Loan Modification application or tell me why my income can not be verified. My employers can provide verbal and/or written proof of my income but BOA has not requested a verbal or written verification of my employment.
