I tried to arrange a payment plan with IQ Data Inc. I provided my unforseen circumstances. Was told they cant take my payment plan and further action would be taken. Said my account would be marked as a refusal to pay and they move further. Told her I am not refusing to pay. She said she would not take my payment an proceeded to state legal action would be taken. Told them I was unemployed but recently got a job and could be pay consistently but said no. Threaten to take legal action. Advise I want to pay but was she refused to take my payment
