Consumer Narrative

I was checking XXXX XXXX on my report and there was an alert that said I had a new account as of XX/XX/2023. I have not opened any new account nor would I since Im using a debt consolidating company to repair my credit. My information has been leaked by companies being cyber attacked and I have frozen my credit reports. So I am at a loss right now of why, who authorized this account. Transition is reporting this account.
