On XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opened an Operating Account at BOA On XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX opened an Operating Account. We were then in talks with XXXX XXXX at BOA Private since XXXX in regards to opening a Private Bank Account and XXXX XXXX trade account. On XX/XX/2023, we had a call with XXXX from the XXXX XXXX XXXX team and discussed opens for different accounts. XXXX made an assumption pertaining to our investment strategy that we were trading other peoples money, when if fact we are not and had our accounts frozen and shut down on XX/XX/2023. BOA is now holding XXXX $ XXXX of capital and has caused issues with another $ XXXX that was being wired into our account from services sold.
