Rushmore along with XXXX XXXX XXXX is serving as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is attempting foreclosure on my property with unclean hands and fraudulent assignments that dates by as from mid XXXX XXXX XXXX is well known XXXX XXXX notarize the assignment dating XXXX fraudulently conveyed the first assignment. The assignment was created after the cut off date of the first trust filed with United States securities exchange. The polling and service agreements section 201 clearly states that all mortgages had to conveyed 90 days prior to the cut off date. These assignments are aIl fraudulent and fraud cant be the basis for obtaining a deed. The notary XXXX XXXX XXXX was apart of both Federal and State Court cases. The Vice President that signed are not bank presidents. The are simply Robo signers.I sent a XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they havent responded. I sent a notice of default and I havent received a response. I requested the XXXX accounting and they didnt even acknowledge my request. They are also guilty of violating Federal dual tracking laws. I requested assistance submitting all of the documents and while collecting loan modifications documents they referred my loan to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. This was clearly Dual Tracking.
